Moscow. Feb 08, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Heikki Marttinen has resigned from his position as member of the Board of Directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network.
Marttinen has notified that an interest conflict has occurred due to the company and Board arrangements concerning some other corporations.
