Heikki Marttinen resigned from the Board of Directors of Vaahto Group

   Moscow. Feb 08, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Heikki Marttinen has resigned from his position as member of the Board of Directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network.

Marttinen has notified that an interest conflict has occurred due to the company and Board arrangements concerning some other corporations.

Vaahto Group is globally operating high technology company serving process industry in the fields of pulp and paper machinery and process machinery.
