Tolko curtails Okanagan veneer and plywood operations
Moscow. Mar 27, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Tolko Industries Ltd. temporary curtails at three of its Okanagan operations due to continued poor markets, as Random Lengths informed Lesprom Network.
Curtailments at the Kelowna veneer, White Valley veneer, and Armstrong plywood operations are scheduled to be for one week beginning March 30. The curtailment will reduce Tolko's plywood production by 5 million square feet (3/8-inch basis).
