   Moscow. Jan 06, 2009. /Lesprom.com/. The members of the Pfleiderer management will significantly increase the number of shares they personally hold in the company. For this purpose, the management has specially founded a limited partnership (KG) as an investment instrument, Pfleiderer AG said in a statement received by Lesprom Network.

The limited partnership has been founded to acquire and hold shares in Pfleiderer AG up to a total volume of Euro 5.2 million, equivalent to an equity interest in Pfleiderer AG of approximately 1.6%. The shares will be purchased either on or off the stock market.

One Equity Partners (OEP), which currently holds an equity interest of approximately 26.9% in Pfleiderer AG through its subsidiary Wood Engineering Holding B.V., will fund the investment vehicle with a loan of approximately Euro 3.7 million. The bylaws of the limited partnership call for a holding period of four years. The Supervisory Board has approved the founding of the investment vehicle and the purpose of its business.
